There are four basic pigment colors in powder form currently available in the Philippines:
Red
Yellow
Black
Green
These pigments are mixed with the cement before the aggregates and the water are added. The pigments themselves may be mixed to achieve other hues, for example red and black will result in different shades of brown.
We also use white cement to achieve brighter colors if required. Other colors are available but have to be imported specially for your project. Of course this is financially viable only if the project is big enough.
Beside pigments in powder form there are liquid pigments which are also mixed with the cement and aggregates. As with the powdered form, it makes a big difference if you use gray or white cement. With liquid pigments there are many more colors and intensities at hand.
The tables below will give you an idea of what is available. It is certainly not comprehensive, so if you have special requirements feel free to contact us.
The percentage represents the volume of pigment relative to the volume of cement. C0 refers to gray cement, C1 to white cement. P stands for powder form, L stands for liquid pigment, R for red, Y for yellow, Bk for black and G for green.
Please note that pigment concentrations above 20% have no effect on the intensity of the color of the paver anymore. Also, the higher the pigment concentration, the higher the price. Please see important note at the bottom of the page!

Please take note that colors on a computer or cell phone screen never look the same as the original. Furthermore, pigments play tricks with the human eye to produce the impression of color. The same does not hold true for a camera. It is extremely difficult if not impossible to take pictures of pigmented objects. If the color is critical for your project always ask for a sample paver.
